For an evaluation of your image, you can send us a preliminary capture via our quote form below. If we proceed with the project, we will arrange with you to have the image scanned at the proper resolution.

If you’d like prints made of your image(s), we can print in-house up to 13″ by 19″ and can outsource larger print sizes for you.

We will assist you if you need help getting your image scanned for restoration. If scanning is not feasible for you, you may also mail the original image to us for scanning, and it will be returned to you at the end of the project either via a SASE with return postage or with any print files ordered. (Please note, however, that we assume no liability for images lost in transit.)

Basic Retouching—$20 to $50

Basic retouching includes minor spotting and cleanup, color and contrast correction, sharpening, and minor repairs.

Full Retouching/Restoration—$50+

Charges for restoring lighter damage typically range from $50 to $100, moderate damage from $100 to $150, and severe damage from $150 up. (For retouching beyond basic corrections, please contact us with your specific request, and we’ll send you a quote.)

For a custom retouching or restoration preliminary quote, upload a digital copy of the image for review using the form below. (Phone and camera shots are OK…just make sure they’re as clear and well-exposed as possible so that we can assess problem areas accurately. But please note that we may have to adjust our quote after reviewing the actual working scan for restoration.) Please include your full name, email address, subject of your request, and message. Files should not exceed 100MB, and JPEGs are preferred. Our restorationist will review your file and contact you with pricing, and if we proceed with your project, we’ll arrange with you to have a base restoration file sent to us as necessary.

Review Your Proofs

Once the restoration is complete, we’ll send you access to our Client Portal for review and approval of your restoration proofs; once your payment is received, we will forward your print-quality restored files to you.
